CBOA CELEBRATES GREEN LINE OILS 'VISION AND GOOD BUSINESS SENSE'

The commercial Boat Operators Association (CBOA) has given its highest award, the Award of Excellence for 2009, to Green Line Oils. The citation recognises the vision, commitment and good business sense in using waterways as the vital link to transport base oil from the port of Hull to our blending plant at Rotherham.

Green Line Oils is a sister company of Exol Lubricants. The presentation of the award was made to the Managing Director on 29th April 2009, at Multimodal, the transport & logistics exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham by the CBOA chairman.

Green Line Oils is currently taking the equivalent of 2,800 return lorry jouneys off the road each year, resulting in reduced costs of using waterways instead of roads.
