Exol Lubricants continue to back Steve Powell in British Truck Racing Championship
Exol Lubricants is once again sponsoring Kent-based truck racer Steve Powell from 333 Motorsport in the British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC), with all three of Steve’s racing trucks set to proudly wear four of Exol’s logos through the 2025 season.
Last year Powell finished third in Division 1 and was just two points from winning second place. His truck has been re-worked during the winter, and he hopes to finish higher this season. Powell commented: “We did really well last year and I am determined to perform even better in 2025, thanks to Exol’s support.”
Consistent backing from Exol Lubricants has been crucial for Powell. He added: “It’s great to have the support again from Exol Lubricants. The company produces fantastic, premium products and I am proud to be associated with the brand.”
When he is not racing, Powell drives a truck for his day-job, which also runs using Exol oil. “I know the quality, performance and reliability offered by the product,” he noted.
The season began at Brands Hatch in April and continued at Pembrey in May, followed by more racing action at the fastest circuit on the calendar, Thruxton, on 5th – 6th July and at Donington Park in August for Convoy in the Park. Powell will next be seen on the racetrack at Snetterton on 13th and 14th September.
