Excelcut 445E is a biodegradable neat cutting fluid based on a synthesised ester derived from a fatty acid of vegetable origin and is formulated to provide outstanding cutting performance while having high levels of operator acceptability.

Excelcut 445E is an ultra-low odour, low misting product capable of providing the ultimate surface finish on a variety of metal grinding and cutting operations, and is particularly suitable for machining aluminium. This ultra-high lubricity cutting fluid promotes extended tool life and increased production rates.
