Exol strengthens partnership during Thailand visit with Shinsiri
Exol’s Managing Director Steve Everitt, Sales and Marketing Director Steve Dunn and Export Sales Manager Paul Eastwood recently travelled to Thailand to visit Exol’s long-standing partner, Shinsiri, supporting them at their annual dealer conference and strengthening plans for the year ahead.
The highlight of the visit was Shinsiri being crowned Export Distributor of the Year 2025 at the conference, attended by more than 450 guests. In a memorable moment during the evening, the Exol team worked alongside Gag to surprise Kobchai with the award presentation. Earlier in the event, Kobchai, Gag and Steve Everitt presented awards to the top-selling Exol dealers, making it the perfect opportunity to turn the spotlight back on Shinsiri in recognition of their outstanding performance and continued growth.
Beyond the celebrations, the trip also included a detailed business review meeting, where both teams discussed targets for 2026 and aligned on what is required from Exol UK and Shinsiri to achieve ambitious growth plans. These conversations are key to ensuring our international partnerships remain strong, focused and forward-thinking.
The visit also provided the opportunity to tour Shinsiri’s impressive new warehouse facility, developed to support increasing demand for Exol products in the region. The modern infrastructure shares several similarities with Exol’s own new warehouse project in Wednesbury, reflecting a shared commitment to long-term investment and operational excellence.
Outside of formal meetings, the team experienced warm hospitality, excellent local cuisine and valuable time with Kobchai’s long-time friend Viti, whose family-run Toyota Pattaya business sponsors Kobchai’s race car. It was another reminder that strong business partnerships are built not only on performance, but on genuine relationships.
Exol is proud of the continued success of Shinsiri and looks forward to building on this momentum together in 2026 and beyond.
